Active mobility solutions in our buildings: what's new?

Arts 56 has a brand-new bike parking facility for up to 83 bicycles in a dedicated, secure, and bright space, equipped with everything they need for everyday cycling: 

• 64 spaces for standard bicycles
• 13 spaces for cargo bikes
• 6 spaces for longtail bikes
• 35 sockets for recharging batteries
• 48 ventilated lockers with electronic locks
• A repair station

Our Pacheco building has a cyclist’s dream bike storage room for our tenants:

• 100 bike spaces (including 10 for cargo bikes and 78 with power outlets)
• 100 lockers (34 are heated and ventilated)
• 2 Changing rooms with 6 showers per gender, a toilet and 5 upcycled sinks

At Central, our tenants can use 8 shared bikes, available for a while now but also 3 Segway scooters, available since this summer.

Our Triomphe building now features a brand-new parking area with  

• 80 bicycle spaces, including
• 4 for cargo bikes
• 7 scooter spaces
• 48 charging points
• New lockers

Finally, at Ikaros, our tenants can now enjoy 12 e-scooters, accessible 24/7, in addition to the bicycles already available.
