Our high-quality, performant and mixed-use portfolio is located in growing Belgium and Luxembourg city centres. It is worth approx. €2.9 billion and comprises 36 office and mixed-use buildings and 12 coworking spaces, totaling approximately 863,700 m² of space. Our in-house partners Silversquare and Sparks for bespoke coworking spaces and meeting venues are now complemented by NABS, our design practice.

Our recent in-house service, NABS, is a unique alliance of designers, architects, product designers and photographers. The collective is specialised in the field of interior design, workspace design, object design and events.
