Silversquare
12 coworking spaces in the BeLux
Our subsidiary Silversquare now operates 12 coworking spaces with a vibrant community of over 5,500 members. By creating its first coworking space in 2008, Silversquare is the pioneer in the sector in Belgium and Luxembourg, and stands out from its competitors for anticipating a fundamental evolution of the industry.
Silversquare offers flex or fixed desks, private office spaces and a wide range of amenities under flexible membership contracts. The Silversquare network is optimally accessible with strategically positioned buildings across major urban centres, such as Brussels, Antwerp, Liège and Louvain-la-Neuve.
Crafted by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs, Silversquare creates spaces to facilitate community knowledge sharing, innovation, and networking.
Sparks
Unique meeting and event spaces
Our subsidiary Sparks provides a special environment for tailor-made meetings and events. This one-stop-shop operates 14 innovative meeting rooms and offers a range of complementary services and professional support. Strategically located in the centre of Brussels, it ensures seamless access for local and international visitors.
Sparks helps businesses meet and even beat their meeting objectives by offering themed rooms for specific purposes, whether it’s an (in)formal meeting, spontaneous brainstorming session, conference, livestream, or hackathon. The 2,500 m² space also contains an events area, kiosks, and a restaurant with an array of energy-boosting goodies.
Besides its facilities, Sparks also provides support packages, typically meeting services and professional assistance, to take meetings to a higher level.
NABS
Architecture and object creation
Launched in 2024 by Silversquare and Befimmo, NABS designs and builds with a focus on B2B partnerships. Merging creativity, craftsmanship, and insight, it challenges conventions to create distinctive environments, whether for offices, retail spaces, hotels, events, or communal areas.
With lightness, expression, and humor, NABS shapes functional spaces that promote innovation and connection while capturing the spirit of the times.
At its heart is a collective of 8 designers who weave their talent and perspectives, making each project as unique as it is impactful.
