Project Paradis Express

This project, right next to the high-speed train station in Liège, involves the construction of an eco-neighborhood offering a mix of offices, housing and local shops. The permit was obtained in April 2018. The offices (22.000 m²) are situtated in two interlinked buildings, (i) Paradis Esplanade (16.000 m²) and (ii) Paradis Boverie (6.000 m²) which are both 100% pre-let. The future occupants will be a mixture of co-working space (powered by Silversquare), administrations and corporates. The building will offer to its occupants a variety of services (co-working, bar, restaurant, common meeting rooms, electric car charging stations, showers & lockers, a secured car and bike parking, parcel service delivery box, baby daycare, ...).

The works started during the summer 2019. As to public transport the building is right next to the Liège Guillemins station and a tramway is under construction right next to the office buildings.

The building has obtained a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification in the ‘Design’ phase
