In our ZEN building, part of ZIN, we wanted the terrace to be a relaxed and warm space where occupants spend time and connect.

Working with our creative partner JungL, we turned a long, narrow area into a series of cosy seating zones. Planters in different shapes and materials, in earthy tones, echo the building's ochre-gold architecture, while a mix of native perennials and semi-tropical plants brings depth and texture.

The result: an inviting private terrace, right in the heart of bxnord, Brussels' North district.
