We're proud to share that Quatuor, one of our buildings in bxnord (Brussels' North district), has just been awarded “New Construction Project of the Year” at the BREEAM Awards 2026.

Pacheco was also among the nominees in the “Refurbishment and Fit Out Excellence” category.

Two Befimmo buildings shortlisted in the same year, each in its own category: new build on one side, renovation on the other. That's two ways of transforming the city, and seeing both recognised means a lot to us.

Congratulations to everyone involved: our teams, the architects, engineers, contractors and partners who brought these projects to life.
