Scheduled for completion in the latter half 2024, PLXL is one of the most recent additions to Befimmo’s portfolio of hybrid properties. A complete reinvention of the existing building in the heart of Brussels’ vibrant university district of Etterbeek and next to the railway station.

User well-being and health are key elements of PLXL. The building will be equipped with the latest technologies and will offer flexible workspaces, a residential part, a restaurant, a rooftop terrace, and a wide range of services and facilities. PLXL has more than 160 bike stations, nearly 50 e-bike stations and 99 car parking spaces (with charging points).

Great importance has been attributed to circularity, by reusing as many of the materials of the existing building. Furthermore, PLXL aims for the highest certification in its class (BREEAM “Outstanding”, WELL GOLD Ready).
