Located within the Quatuor building, the restaurant The Chairman has introduced a temporary winter dome just outside its façade. Fully private, this cosy space celebrates winter classics such as raclette, fondue and other cheese-based specialities. A warm and inviting setting, ideal for an activity with friends or colleagues, just a short walk from Place Rogier.

Visible from Boulevard Baudouin, the dome integrates naturally into the Quatuor building. Inside, a large, shared table and a welcoming atmosphere host groups of 8 to 12 guests for intimate winter dinners. Designed as an extension of The Chairman, the space fully reflects Befimmo’s vision of developing places that encourage connection, and enjoyment of everyday life.

Each group builds its own menu around carefully selected fondues and cheeses, complemented by generous side dishes. A relaxed, convivial format that invites people to slow down, connect and enjoy the moment. Established in the Quatuor building since 2023, The Chairman positions itself as a modern, accessible brasserie, driven by values of sharing, quality and fair pricing. In addition to the winter dome, the restaurant has been hosting a weekly Sunday brunch since last summer.
