Befimmo has completed the sale of the WOPA building. This office building is located in Waterloo Office Park, south of Brussels.

Constructed in 1995, the property comprises approximately 2,005 sqm of office space across two floors, together with 43 parking spaces. The building is fully let to BNP Paribas Fortis, which has occupied the premises for more than 20 years. The lease has a remaining term of nine years.

"The sale of the WOPA building is fully aligned with our active portfolio management strategy. It enables us to focus on assets that are most closely aligned with our long-term vision," explains Olivier De Bisscop, Befimmo's Chief Portfolio Officer.
