Publication of our 2024 ESG Report

In 2024, Befimmo made steady progress in reducing the environmental footprint of its buildings. The past year also marked a significant step forward in improving energy performance, with new BREEAM and WELL certifications, among other results, reflecting our continued efforts.

The report further illustrates how social responsibility has become increasingly integrated into our business strategy, for instance through strengthened local partnerships.
