Befimmo completes divestment of Kubissimmo S.à r.l.

Originally built in 2008, the Cubus asset comprises approximately 4,955 sqm of office space spread over five floors and is let to high-quality tenants. Furthermore, the asset benefits from a spacious garden, solar panels, electric charging points, bike parking and a BREEAM In-Use Excellent certification.
