An innovative mixed-use project

LOOM is the project to transform three existing buildings (Joseph 2, Loi 44 and Loi 52) of the Befimmo portfolio into a unique green lung in the heart of the Leopold district in Brussels.

Embracing ESG values

This redevelopment also embraces the principles of circular economy, preserving the existing structure of the buildings and ensuring that demolished or dismantled elements are recovered, reused or recycled.

The surrounding area also offers infrastructure for cyclists and pedestrians, including secured bicycle parking.

Connecting people in every possible way

LOOM will connect its users in every possible way: to people, nature and the city. The design grew out of the desire to create an attractive work and life environment, and to make a meaningful contribution to the overall quality of the neighbourhood.

The LOOM building has been developed with a strong focus on sustainability, circularity and occupant comfort.
