The ICON, also known as Arts 28, is a mixed-use project offering ± 20,490 m² of office space, an auditorium and a meeting room, an atrium, a gym, a restaurant, two shops (retail/horeca), a residential component, and outdoor spaces. The building is located along the inner ring road, connecting Avenue des Arts and Rue du Commerce. It stands at a strategic crossroads in Brussels, where tourism, a modern business district, and residential areas converge.
