Services & facilities
Befimmo offers its tenants quality buildings that are flexible, efficient and well equipped. Befimmo strives to provide its tenants with a complete, personalised service to make their everyday lives easier. Befimmo is reinforcing and improving its existing activities and developing new ones.
Property management: The property management team is responsible for the operation and technical maintenance of the buildings in the portfolio. It manages the buildings while improving tenants’ satisfaction and comfort and developing a regular and transparent relationship with them in order to meet their needs in the best possible way.
Space planning & project management: The team provides turnkey solutions by assisting current and prospective tenants with the design and construction of their real-estate projects.
Environmental support: The environmental team specialises in energy management and environment. Its main role is to improve the performance of the portfolio and to accompany and raise awareness amongst tenants regarding reduction of energy consumption and waste production.
Facility management: Befimmo is studying and, over the coming months, plans to develop a new facility-management service, offering occupants a range of services, notably caretaking, security, cleaning, technical maintenance of private areas and ordering of various supplies, to make their everyday lives easier.
The Helpsite is a service offered to all Befimmo tenants. Through the Helpsite a tenant has the possibility to monitor an enquiry that he previously submitted via the system. The tenant can, at all times, access the status of the enquiries and is able to communicate with Befimmo by means of comments. An enquiry can easily and rapidly be submitted on the Helpsite.
Please use the Helpsite from Monday to Friday between 8AM and 5PM in order to garantee our rapid respons.

The Extranet is a new digital space dedicated to all Befimmo tenants. This platform gives the tenant a user-friendly and secured access, at any time, to all useful documents and news about his lease and his building (such as documents relating to its environmental impact and technical management).
