Befimmo welcomes FTI Consulting in its Arts 56 building

18 January 2022
FTI Consulting, the market–leading advisory firm specialising in strategic and integrated public affairs communication services, has chosen Arts 56 as the headquarters for its activities in Belgium. The 6th floor lease, located in the heart of the European capital, offers breathtaking views across the Royal Palace and Park, and will welcome FTI Consulting in ± 2,000 m² as of November 2022.

“We were quickly convinced by the Arts 56 building because it satisfies all our selection criteria. We were looking to partner with a building owner who shared our sustainability aspirations and who could accommodate us on a single floor offering a flexible work space adapted to the new hybrid working model. The final key element was the location. Located in the heart of Brussels, Arts 56 is close to the main European institutions, is easily accessible by public transport and allows us to easily accommodate our clients and future events. Some members of staff have already seen the location and are really positive about it. I’m convinced that Arts 56 will support our future growth plans”, says Hans Hack, Senior Managing Director, Head of Brussels office at FTI Consulting.

Renovated in 2020, Befimmo's Arts 56 building continues to attract new tenants. FTI Consulting joins a list of prestigious tenants such as Cushman & Wakefield, the Australian Embassy, the European Money Markets Institute (EMMI) and the European Broadcasting Union (EBU).

“We’re very happy to welcome FTI Consulting to our tenant portfolio. Every discussion with them has been extremely collaborative and this has resulted in a lease in a building that suits them perfectly. At Befimmo, we’re convinced that flexible and well-designed offices are essential to great staff engagement and company culture. We look forward to seeing FTI Consulting occupy its new offices and we wish them great success in the future”, comments Cédric Mali, Chief Commercial Officer at Befimmo.

Arts 56 is located in one of the most exclusive and dynamic office cluster of Brussels, around the well-known Square de Meeûs. This location is characterised by a high concentration of EU institutions and attracts various prestigious corporate tenants.
This particular part of the Avenue des Arts benefits from a green and breathtaking view of the Brussels city centre and the proximity to one of the busiest shopping areas.

Arts 56 has direct access to all the major routes to circulate around, enter and escape the city. Located at the intersection of the inner ring road and the Rue du Luxembourg, Arts 56 offers very efficient and convenient access by public transport. The Trône metro, bus and shared bike stations are located on the doorstep. The Luxembourg and Central train stations are both within walking distance of the building.

The numerous windows and comfortable freeheight procure a high natural lighting to the working areas. Refurbished in 2020, Arts 56 is one of the largest office buildings in the European district. It offers ± 22,000 m² of gross leasable area, ± 4,000 m² of archive space and 397 parking units.

Arts 56 offers a wide range of services to its occupants. The ground floor includes a reception area, showers, a messenger and laundry area, and a large shared meeting room. A private garden is also available to tenants. The Fresco restaurant, managed by Green Kitchen, offers healthy food to the building's tenants. Coworking ultimately adds a community dynamic to the building.
